The clinic has very nice ambience and they practice good hygiene. Went for a swelling and pus in my tooth and I was told the tooth had to be extracted due to the infection in other clinics. But doctor here, saved my tooth with root canal, that to my surprise was completely painlessðŸ˜ƒ. I was always told a root canal is extremely painful, but it was the easiest dental treatment. I decided to go here after reading online reviews and I can say I'm definitely not disappointed. Dr. Rakesh is very patient and understanding. He also comes across as very level headed. The treatment costs are quite reasonable. I was in pain after a root canal gone wrong at a previous clinic and was afraid I might lose the tooth. Dr. Rakesh checked the issue, was very transparent about potential issues and possible treatment options. He helped calm me down. I could comfortably make an informed decision. He takes his time with each patient. He took several digital x-rays to check the tooth and the procedure and to show me what's going on. The staff members at the clinic are also very courteous and prompt at following up. The clinic itself is quite clean, with an ambience meant to put a patient's mind at ease. The clinic is definitely patient-centric, Dr. Rakesh and the staff members prioritise patient comfort and satisfaction. I would definitely recommend the place.
